Decorative Ladder

I recently purchased a decorative ladder for my plants etc. first of I was disappointed in the handling of the shipping as it got changed twice. When I finally received the item it resembled a cheat piece of stained plywood, that couldn’t possibly hold a glass of water. It was opposite of the item I saw on Amazon. I am in the process of returning the item and trust there are no hassles.
